Student Housing Options
After receiving your program acceptance and securing your Canadian Study Permit, the next important step is to decide where you’ll live while studying. The type of housing you choose can have a big impact on your student experience, so it’s worth considering your personal needs and lifestyle.

1. On-Campus Housing
General Lee Aviation is proud to offer off campus housing to our students. Space is limited, please contact us directly to secure a spot. Pricing is competitive and in line with surrounding rentals.
2. Off-Campus Living
Wetaskiwin has a variety of off-campus housing options available. If you have your own transportation or are comfortable using public transit, living off-campus can be a flexible and affordable choice. Street addresses in Wetaskiwin often include directional cues such as North, South, or West. General Lee Aviation is located on the west side of the city at the Wetaskiwin Airport.

Typical Monthly Costs:
- $400 – $600 for a private room in a shared house
- $900 – $1100 for a one-bedroom suite

3. Homestay Program
The Canada Homestay Network (CHN) offers a way for students to live with a Canadian family in the Lacombe area. This program provides a welcoming and supportive home environment throughout your studies.
