We have a mixed fleet consisting of High Wing (Cessna 172’s) and Low Wing (Cherokee 140 & 180’s) along with an approved Alsim 250 Flight Simulator.

The Cessna 172 is high wing, 4 seat airplane with a 160 hp single engine and tricycle style landing gear Measured by its longevity and popularity, the Cessna 172 is the most successful aircraft in history. Cessna delivered the first production model in 1956, and as of 2015, the company and its partners had built more than 44,000 units and remains in production today.

The Piper Cherokee is a low wing, 4 seat airplane with a 160 hp engine with tricycle landing gear. It is the fourth most-produced aircraft in history with over 32,778+ built. The first PA-28 received its type certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration in 1960 and the series remains in production to this day.

Our AME’s work to the highest standards, ensuring our aircraft are well-maintained and looked after. We are constantly looking to expand our fleet to accommodate our growing student population and needs.

The AL250 simulator addresses the initial phase of training needs (PPL, CPL, IR/ME, RNAV/GNSS, IPC’s) and is a SEP/MEP reconfigurable simulator certified by Transport Canada CARS 606.03 as a Level 2 Simulator.

An Instrument Proficiency Check (IPC) is a aviation training and assessment event for pilots holding an Instrument Rating, requiring a successful completion within the last 24 months to maintain their rating’s currency and to be legally authorized to fly under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR). The check, conducted by a Transport Canada authorized examiner, ensures a pilot’s knowledge of IFR procedures and their proficiency in safely operating an aircraft under instrument conditions, covering areas like instrument approaches, holding patterns, and emergency procedures.

In addition, it offers both classic and glass cockpits for each flight model at the simple flick of a switch. With its advanced visual system, precise flight controls, and authentic cockpit replication, the ALSIM 250 simulator offers an unparalleled level of realism, enabling pilots to master their skills in a safe and controlled environment.
